I have not received my licence key

When you order a trial or buy a key, assuming you have registered with a valid email address you should receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes. In most cases with a Key.

If for any reason there is an error or issue with your details on our automated key provisioning system your key request may need to be processed manually.

If your reside outside of an area we can provide service in we may have to pass your details on to the representative for that region for a response.

If you have not received your licence key within 1 working day, please check to make sure that you have entered a valid email address, and have checked your spam filter in case the email has been put there erroneously by your mail server. If you still cannot locate it, contact us so that we can investigate this for you. To do this, log a support ticket at http://kb.londonweb.net
