Blacklisted sender domains and emails will not make into your quarantine report and will get silently rejected.

Whitelisted sender domains and emails will always get accepted even if the content looks like SPAM.

London Web Spam Hammer How to managing black and white Lists - USERS Every user is able to manage their own email and domain black and white lists. Blacklisted sender domains and emails will not make into your quarantine report and will get silently rejected. Whitelisted sender domains and emails will always get accepted even if the content looks like SPAM. How to Implement Log in to the web interface https://spamhammer.londonweb.net (you can bookmark this link or use link on the daily report) Select Filter Rules User Blacklist decide if you want to block an address or the entire domain then select Add Enter the address or domain name you wish to blacklist and enter a comment for your reference. Repeat the steps for Whitelisting a domain of email address. Note: these settings are applicable only to the user who is implementing them; it will not affect other users in the same company. In order for Blacklist and Whitelist settings to be applied to the entire company, the user logged in needs to have Domain Administrator privileges. Alternatively, a request for change needs to be sent to support@londonweb.net with a text file containing a list of email addresses and domain names.
