Zimbra - ensure Zimbra Mobile is enabled

To use NotifySync with Zimbra, the Zimbra server must have Zimbra Mobile enabled either for your account or for the whole mail system.

 

If Zimbra mobile is not enabled, you may receive "HTTP 403" error after registration. HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load.

Note: Zimbra mobile can be enabled by the administrator for all users or on an account by account basis. Although active on the server, if your individual mailbox does not have Zimbra mobile enabled you can continue to receive the above message. Ensure Zimbra mobile has been activated by your administrator for your individual account.
